150 Tons Wheelset Press With Single Cylinder Oiling Dismounting, Hydraulic Wheel Press-Mounting Machine

Application Scope:

This Single cylinder wheelset press is used to mount and oiling dismount the wheelset wheels. With curve recording system. It needs to reverse the axle (180°) to mount or dismount the other side wheel.

• Mount the wheelset wheels both with and without lubricant holes;
• Oiling dismount the wheelset wheels with lubricant holes. (It requires a high-pressure oil injection pump for dismounting)

Machine Structure and Features:

• Single cylinder to mount and dismount the wheelset.
• It requires to reverse the axle to mount or dismount the other side wheel.
• It requires a high-pressure oil injection pump for wheel dismounting.
• With recording system and can export the pressing report.
• The wheel press machine mainly consists of cylinder column, resistant column, rear column, support rods, chassis, caliper mechanism, support trolleys, hydraulic system, eletrical control system.
• The U-opening of the resistant column and rear column is side opening for the convenience of wheelset mounting and dismounting. Only to replace the mount and dismount tooling to meet the different wheelsets.
• The cylinder column is mounted with a ram cylinder and the piston inside is driven by oil pressure. The piston displacement is detected by displacement sensor and displayed on the industrial PC.
• The caliper claws are installed on the resistant column. Manually open or close the claws to loosen or lock the resistant column at the different positions required.
• The wheel press is provided with 2 support trolleys for supporting the axle. The trolley can be manually moved along the guide rail and the height can be adjusted manually.
